Engineering Around Us - Stannah Supports IET President’s Address
On 6th October 2016 Savoy hosted a day of activities and inspiring talks to mark the IET’s first Engineering the Future Festival. Closing the day was the IET’s President’s Address where incoming president, Jeremy Watson, presented the case for interdisciplinary and inclusive approaches to education, professional engineering support and career development.
To help illustrate the breadth of engineering disciplines and outputs the IET partenered with ITN Productions, ITN’s bespoke production hub, to produce Engineering Around Us. The new-style programme showcases the increasingly diverse and multi-disciplinary nature of engineering and features key industry interviews and reports along with sponsored editorial profiles. As a leading British engineering firm, Stannah was delighted to be invited to contribute to the programme.
