Stannah chooses IFS Cloud to drive global expansion and operational agility

Stannah has made a significant investment in its IT infrastructure to support its global growth plans and commitment to enhancing customer and employee experiences.

After extensive research Stannah has chosen IFS, a well-regarded global cloud enterprise software company to provide its core business platform.

The IFS Cloud suite is a cutting-edge cloud-based enterprise software platform which will include Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Field Service Management (FSM), Planning and Scheduling Optimisation (PSO), and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).

Supporting Stannah’s vision for continuous improvement and innovation through digital technology the IFS Cloud system will replace the existing legacy systems. For the first time all of Stannah’s employees across 13 countries will be aligned on a modern and cohesive solution that consolidates all of Stannah’s operational functions from manufacturing to field service management.

By streamlining business processes the new system will allow for more responsiveness in the service offered to customers thereby driving enhanced productivity and efficiencies including first-time fix rates, route planning and more.
