Sales & engineers
We offer a broad range of roles working outside the traditional office environment, spanning locations across the UK. With roles in sales, installations, service, and repair, you could be meeting with customers, installing lifts, or helping to keep our lifts and stairlifts running smoothly. Whether you prefer working with domestic clients or our commercial customers including building owners, Network Rail and facilities management companies, there’s a variety of roles available.
Manufacturing & distribution roles
There are opportunities for a range of production roles, including sheet metal working, welding, mechanical and electrical assembly, warehousing, stores and quality control. Together, these roles ensure we supply a quality product on time, tailored to each customer's unique specification and always safe in the knowledge that every product will make a difference in people’s lives.
Customer service & support roles
We have a huge variety of office and support-based roles in our main offices in Andover, as well as across our network of service branches and installation depots right throughout the UK. Head office roles include fleet management, finance, IT, marketing, administration, scheduling, telesales and HR, all helping to keep the business running smoothly and our customers happy. In our branches, administration and scheduling roles help maintain our portfolio of more than 92,000 lifts and stairlifts in perfect working order.
Design & engineering roles
Our products require expertise across multiple disciplines including mechanical, electronic hardware, software, test and development, product design and technical project support.
